Avon and Wiltshire NHS Trust

Dynamix was recently contracted by the Avon and Wiltshire mental health trust to deliver a package of training of 7 days for 7 groups of its staff around participation and consultation techniques to help them with changes in their status to foundation trusts. They used this training to devise and deliver consultation on the setting up of a Foundation Trust and also the recruitment of new Foundation Trust members.
