Amy has a 1st Class Honours Degree in Social Philosophy, and NVQ Level 3 in training and development, a TESOL certificate, a Diploma in Social Work and a Masters in Social Studies.
Amy has a background in community development and anti-poverty. She worked for a number of years as the development officer in Ty Fforest Community House in Swansea and was passionate about promoting the community's ownership and self-management of the project. Prior to this was the Anti-Poverty Officer in City & County of Swansea, supporting the Swansea Poverty Action Network of over 400 members and facilitating the development of Global-A-Fayres - a sustainable development education project about combating global poverty in partnership with Local2Global network. She specialised in community development during her masters in Social Studies and wrote her dissertation on the history of Community Development in Wales and how the past has impacted on the present models of community development.
She has wide experience with working with marginalized groups and has trained young people in many settings, particularly for Circus Eruption. In her youth she taught English in Portugal, Indonesia and Poland and was a Project Worker in a Palestinian Refugee Camp and an Outdoors Activity Instructor in Maryland, USA.
Amy has studied Welsh, enabling her to support Welsh medium delivery of workshops and training.

Ant has a Social Philosophy degree, a Masters in Business Administration and a TEFL certificate
He co-ordinated and delivered the CASE (Co-operative and Social Enterprise) pilot project in schools nationwide, that promotes the setting up of mini co-operative enterprises in educational settings. He co-wrote the Not Just For Profit: Social Enterprise in the Curriculum pack. Ant is putting his MBA skills to good use in putting together funding bids for future projects and helping with the Dynamix business plan. He has worked on many consultation projects with hard to reach groups in the community. He is currently designing and building an ecohouse to live in with his wife and kids, with no previous experience of architecture or building - he loves a challenge.

Ben has a degree in Psychology and Philosophy.
He is a fluent Welsh
speaker, and has run participation workshops bilingually. He previously
managed Circus Eruption (an integrated young person’s circus project)
and encouraged the young people attending to participate in the running
of the organisation, by consulting and involving them. As Dynamix’s
Inclusion champion he ensures we are up to date with news and organises
internal training for staff. He recently trained young people, to help
to recruit the new Children’s Commissioner for Wales. Ben invented
‘playtime’ at Dynamix which is an opportunity for all staff to have fun
and share ideas in break times. His passions are anything circus
orientated (juggling, contact juggling, bouncy stilt-walking,
fire-play, fire-sculptures, diablo, staff spinning) and surfing.

Charlie has an English with Cultural Studies degree, a training the trainer OCN, a BTEC in Counselling Skills and an A level in Welsh.
Charlie is interested in people; social issues, relationships and identity. She led the HLF Wales Identity Day project and co-ordinated the Welsh Assembly Government Spatial Plan Consultation with young people all over Wales. As Dynamix's co-operation champion she keeps Dyanmix at the forefront of co-op education and learning. Charlie is particularly happy when hanging out with friends old and new or doing creative things.

Eleanor’s previous work includes Swansea Council for Voluntary
Services, Eastside Family Support Project and Swansea Young Single
Homeless Project (SYSHP).
At SYSHP she was a key worker with
disadvantaged young people. She has recently worked for Dynamix in the
Hillside Secure Unit, to consult with young people there about how they
experience life, helping them to publish a young person friendly
version of their induction pack. She has been a lead trainer on the
ASSIST project (A Stop Smoking in Schools Training). She has a
specialty in making inclusive confectionery.

Iain has Masters in Sociology and a PGCE – Youth & Community Work.
He has worked on advocacy projects for rough sleepers and other street people for both the voluntary and statutory sector. He has experience of project management prior to his absorption into the body Dynamix. Since joining Dynamix he has promoted our work on Play, Inclusion and Participation at a European level - delivering training here and in Europe. He has spent the last few years delivering In2Play, P3, Assist, Case and Altering Attitudes training, as well as various workshops on Involving Young People. Iain has written reports on a wide range of subjects and is a keen proponant of the juggling arts. He wears a kilt well and tells a good story.

Jo has a wealth of training, facilitation and consultation skills.
Jo has worked for Dynamix since 2000, and in her time there has developed all of the skills appropriate for standing on cold moonlit corners of Welsh valleys finding out what the local young people would like to see and be involved with in their communities.
She is also happy to consult/facilitate/train and play in warm, comfortable, biscuit providing environments, and has a wealth of experience of doing so. Jo is also a key trainer for the ASSIST peer support programme, and is a Play Wales trainer.
Asked what her favourite pieces of work have been, she says that there have been too many to mention, but that probably the most memorable was being a key trainer for the International Congress for Young Disabled People.
She has co-written a pack on anti -bullying for the under 5's (Happy Suns, Sad Sheep) and a parenting order pack for the Swansea Youth Offending Team.
Jo really does like children and animals.

John is a qualified teacher with a certificate in Education and a
certificate in positive behaviour management.
John is a first language
welsh speaker and has delivered many consultations and training to
adults and young people in Welsh. He is also Manager of Interplay, an
integrated and inclusive play service in Swansea. John regularly
consults with the young people attending Interplay around their needs
and aspirations for the service. He is passionate about welsh language
and circus. He has been compared to a character from Scooby Doo which
is where his nickname, Daphne, originated.

Phill is co-founder of Dynamix and wrote Dynamix’s best-sellers, the Serious Fun games books.
He has a Masters in Early Childhood, a Psychology degree, a CQSW (DipASS) Social work diploma and an adult training qualification PGCE. Passionate about play, he is Dynamix’s Play Champion. He is also a co-founder of integrated play and leisure service Interplay and Circus Eruption. Phill has played a key role in designing many participative training methods and was involved in the original design of the Altering Attitudes training pack. He has a passion for bringing inanimate things to life (also known as puppetry). He is a qualified lifeguard and likes to swim at inappropriate times in the sea (when its cold, dark or snowing). He has cycled from John O’Groats to Lands End on a three-person bike (triplet) and has hitchhiked from Tehran to London.
