Facilitation

Using inclusive and co-operative methods we can help to get conferences or meetings to be more productive. We’ve been involved in delivering fun and interactive key note speeches and finding techniques for promoting efficient networking at events to ensure the greatest amount of conferring can occur.

Facilitation Examples

Inclusion

Client: Rights into Action (A partnership project)

Facilitation: International conference of 95 disabled young people from 35 different nations held over the course of a week. Dynamix facilitated the whole process of the conference including hosting a co-ordinator for a year and designing and running the conference with the young people

 

Citizenship

Client: Ipswich and Norwich Co-operative Society

Facilitation: Dynamix designed and ran a conference for adults to examine the links between citizenship and co-operative education. The methodology used was in line with the message of the conference

 

Conference

Client: Sustrans

Facilitation: Dynamix was responsible for co-chairing the conference with 2 young people whom we supported in their roles. We also ran workshop sessions and supported other workshop leaders in the design and delivery of their sessions.

 

Teaching and Learning

Client: Dynamix Ltd.

Facilitation: A conference planned and run by Dynamix in Swansea. 50 adults attended from a varied background of formal and informal education for children and adults. The day incorporated examples of the use and understanding of teaching and learning preferences.
