Dynamix has published a range of techniques to encourage participation and provides training in their use. We use participative methods to consult and work with people of all ages

Co-operation
Dynamix is a workers co-operative. We aim to put the values and principles of the co-operative movement into practice, both in the work we do and the way we operate. Our work supports organisations to find co-operative solutions.

Inclusion
Inclusion is a process that enables people to be valued as individuals and gives them the opportunity to participate. Dynamix provides training to help people and organisations to put equality into action.

Play
Play is a process that is freely chosen, intrinsically motivated and personally directed by a child. Dynamix offers play work training courses for adults, exploring how the outdoors can be used in play settings, games and activities, risk in play and inclusion. Dynamix can offer the Play Wales p3 training courses.

Enterprise
